2009 Yoga Schedule

December's Focus: Hips & Hamstrings

Tightness in the hips and hamstrings is a major source of back, shoulder, and neck pain. And the hips are where we store our emotions, so this joyful, but taxing month of December is a good time to work on this area.

I'm available for private instruction, whether you'd like me to work with you one-on-one or you want to gather some friends together and share the cost.

Beginners welcome. Start any time.
$7/class or $49/month paid in advance for both classes at any location
